We know that college is a difficult and confusing time of life, and can be more so if you're trying to figure out what organizations to join! That's why we created this page. Nobody wants to walk into a new place feeling like the odd man out, so below you will find some helpful information to help make your first visit to the BCM a great one. We hope that it is helpful and that we see you at one of our events soon!
The BCM offers many opportunities for students to get involved in connection groups. These groups are for all ages and are a great way to really connect to peers, connect to the community, and connect to Christ.
Our weekly worship service, Gator, is every Tuesday night at 8:00 in our building! These services feature worship led by our band, a great message from Eddie or a visiting pastor, and lots of hanging out afterwards!
Bistro is our mid-week, home-cooked meal! We know students get tired of eating PB&J's and Ramen, so this is the perfect solution! For only $5, you get an all-you-can-eat home-cooked meal, and a chance to hang out with friends! Runs from 11:15 to 1:00.
The BCM is lucky enough to have our own bulding to call home! We are located on University Avenue, right across the street from Library West. It's a great place to hang out during the week, complete with a study room, couch room for napping and movies, and a game room!
As you probably know, parking is hard to come by in Gainesville! We've got a few spots that are available after 5:00 behind our building, plus we rent out the nearby lots for Tuesday night Gator, starting at 7:30pm!
In addition to our connection groups and worship service, we also host tons of great events throughout the year. These range from free feasts to lake days to formal banquets! Keep an eye on our Facebook page for your favorite upcoming events!
