::Who We Are

Our Vision Statment - The University of Florida Baptist Collegiate Ministries exists to partner with churches in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with collegiates, to challenge students who are believers to be involved in ministry both on the campus and in the local church and provide programs to help the collegiates become fully mature followers of Jesus!

Established in 1917, BCM is a ministry for college students with many opportunities for friendship, growth, service, and leadership. Students from other denominations and religious traditions are welcomed and accepted. College is the best time to continue a walk with Christ or even begin one! BCM is designed just for that!

BCM is not a club. You can't join. There are no dues. You simply pick the events that interest you and fit into your schedule and come. From community service and international mission experiences to intramural sports and small group bible studies, there is something for everyone! Check out the opportunities, and get involved!!!

Inside the BCM we offer numerous services to any and all students throughout the week. We have 2 computers dedicated for student use as well as several areas for studying and relaxing. Have an hour or two between classes? Come to the BCM and hang out on the couches or play some video games upstairs on the big screen. Maybe play some pool or our infamous game of Boggy Pong! Bring your laptop to the BCM and connect to our high speed internet with a wireless card. Perhaps you need a place for a group project to meet or simply want to do some quiet studying during the day. We even have the computer hooked up to the TV so you can watch your online lectures with your friends. The BCM is the place for all this and more, come and find out for yourself.
