Leadership at the BCM

Our student leadership team is dedicated to guiding the BCM with vision and integrity, fostering collaboration and community.  Our CORE Team is broken up into 5 teams:

On-Campus Team

Our On-campus team leads our efforts in Dorm Ministry and hosts Connection Groups in the dorms

Off-Campus Team

Our Off-campus team leads our efforts in building community with students living off campus through leading Connection Groups

GATOR Team

Our GATOR team leads our weekly worship service through the band, tech, and hospitality teams that make up the GATOR Team

Media and Communications Team

Our MAC team leads our efforts in building community with students and reaching out to them through making content for our socials

Events Team

Our Events team leads our efforts in building community and reaching out to students by planning and working behind the scenes at our events

Each team is led by an Executive Council Member.  The Executive Council is composed of all of the team leaders, the Vice President, the Treasurer, and the President who leads the Executive Council and CORE Team in serving and ministering to students at UF.

Each year we take on and train new CORE Team Members.  If you're interested in CORE Team be sure to ask your CG leader about joining in February!  If you're new to UF or Santa Fe, be sure to join the Freshmen Leadership Trainings after GATOR throughout the Fall to learn more about CORE Team and leadership at the BCM!
